My favourite sweet pepper for northern climates! Red Belgian is a very productive and early sweet pepper variety producing pointed, wedge shape fruits. Pepper start out yellow and mature to orange and finally red. Very sweet and juicy with thick walls makes it excellent for fresh eating as well as cooking. Packet contains ~25 seeds.

Peppers - Sweet - Red Belgian Seeds
Start pepper seeds indoors 8-10 weeks prior to your last frost date.
Press seeds into soil and cover lightly. Keep moist until germination in ~7-14 days.
Peppers benefit from "potting up" at least once before transplanting. Bury the stem up to the plants' lowest set of leaves when repotting and the plant will grow new roots along this portion of buried stem.
Transplant after risk of frost has passed in a sunny location with plants spaced 12-18inches (30-45 cm) apart.
