Blue Cloud Salvia is a hardy and easy-to-grow perennial. The vibrant purple-blue flowers bloom over many weeks, providing a colorful addition to any garden.   • Start salvia seeds indoors 8-10 weeks prior to your last frost date. Can also be direct-seeded in fall.

    Cold stratification will improve germination. Place seeds in a moist paper towel inside a plastic bag or container. Keep in the fridge for 3-4 weeks before seeding.

    Press seeds into soil and do not cover, light aids in germination. Keep moist until germination in ~7-14 days (may be longer with cooler temperatures).

    Transplant after your last frost date into a sunny location, with plants 12-24 inches (30-60 cm) apart.
