Start chamomile seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before your last frost date, or direct-seed them outdoors once the risk of frost has passed.
Press seeds lightly into the soil without covering, as light aids in germination. Keep the soil consistently moist until germination, which typically occurs in 14-30 days, though cooler temperatures may extend this period.
After the last frost, transplant seedlings to a sunny location, spacing plants 24-36 inches (60-90 cm) apart.
