Seed Quality & Germination
All seeds sold by Martha’s Garden Seeds undergo germination testing prior to sale. While we strive to provide high-quality, viable seeds, successful germination and plant growth depend on many factors beyond our control, including soil conditions, moisture, temperature, light, and individual growing practices.
Because of this natural variability, we cannot guarantee germination or growing results. If you experience difficulty with seed germination, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the situation and provide guidance where appropriate.
Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).
We accept major credit cards through our secure online checkout. If you have questions about payment methods, please contact us prior to ordering.
Refunds & Replacements
Due to the nature of seeds, bulbs, and live plants, refunds are limited.

Seeds & bulbs: Refunds are not offered for issues related to germination or growing results, as these depend on factors beyond our control. If your order arrives with missing or damaged items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will be happy to assist with a replacement or store credit where appropriate.
In rare cases, if follow-up germination testing conducted by Martha’s Garden Seeds indicates a quality issue with a seed lot, we will offer a replacement or store credit to affected customers.

Live plants: Refunds are not accepted. In certain circumstances, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
If you experience an issue with your order, please contact us promptly with your order number and a description of the issue so we can help resolve it.
